Account executive in Spanish market

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany cover the Spanish market. ChooseMyCompany was launched in 2011 with the conviction that gathering opinions from the employees is key to improve work conditions and wellbeing in a company.

• Generate new business by signing both Freemium (“test eligibility for ChooseMyCompany's labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid SaaS subscriptions for certification and analytics).
• Upsell Freemium customers to Premium by delivering compelling, tailored product demonstrations.
• Lead conversations with C Suite and HR/Marketing stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Use consultative selling to uncover real pains, build tailored solutions and create urgency with confidence and integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the award ceremony, ensuring a seamless and impactful event experience.
• Drive CMC’s presence across the HR ecosystem.
• Therefore, you will have a huge impact on how the future will look, we will ask you to get involved in strategic choices. You’ll have to take responsibility and ownership of the sales process and build the core of the Spanish office.

• The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of sales experience, strong entrepreneurial skills, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
