account executive in IT outsourcing

Digipal is a software delivery partner for SMEs, Scale-Ups, and Agencies across the US, UK, and EU. It builds diverse, highly skilled teams and is developing a business development department covering account management and new business.

• Work in tandem with experienced Portfolio Managers and support day-to-day account management;
• Manage incoming client requests using available talent and delivery capacity, ensuring the right experts are engaged in client projects;
• Identify new opportunities within the client portfolio and ensure effective fulfillment handling;
• Work with Talent and Delivery Leads to align the talent pipeline with upcoming client demand;
• Manage the handoff process from sales to delivery;
• Track fulfillment timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks that could delay deal closure;
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, statuses, and touchpoints to keep the CRM up to date.

• 3+ Years of commercial experience in IT services, custom software development, or an IT Outsourcing environment;
• At least 2+ years of agency experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success roles;
• Profound understanding of IT Outsourcing business processes;
• Experience working with international clients in remote or distributed environments;
• Excellent process management and operational excellence skills;
• Comfortable working in a client-facing role in a multi-stakeholder environment;
• Proactive and driven professional with excellent communication skills and a go-getter approach;
• Fluent English (C1).
