Account Executive - FinTech/PSP - United Arab Emirates

This is an exciting, early-career commercial hire based in Dubai, reporting directly to the executive leadership team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will join a hands-on, high-velocity environment responsible for building new commercial relationships, driving merchant outreach, and helping scale the business footprint across global markets. While physically based in Dubai, this role focuses on international business development rather than localized regional sales.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior founders and ex-banking executives, receiving world-class mentorship from day one. • Initiate Global Client Outreach: Identify, prospect, and engage prospective international B2B clients, fintechs, and digital merchants across target global markets.
• Support Commercial Deals: Assist leadership throughout full-cycle deal negotiations with international clients, prepare tailored presentations, and support onboarding workflows for new cross-border partners.
• Manage Client Engagements: Build warm rapport with prospective global clients, conduct initial discovery calls, and articulate the platform's multi-currency payment value proposition clearly.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Partner directly with senior management on international market outreach projects, competitive research, and strategic global sales initiatives.
• Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Track and optimize lead pipelines across time zones, ensure prompt follow-up, and collaborate with internal operations and compliance teams.

• Background: Open to fresh university undergraduates/graduates in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields, as well as candidates with 0–2 years of corporate or sales exposure.
• Communication Excellence: Impeccable, flawless command of written and spoken English is non-negotiable. Must display superior presence, confidence, and interpersonal poise when speaking with international stakeholders.
