• Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally;
• Build technical recruiting practices across the EMEA region;
• Source and engage passive talent from open-source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities;
• Build high-quality pipelines for critical technical roles;
• Champion the structured interview process and ensure effective use of scorecards;
• Maintain data integrity in Ashby to inform hiring decisions;
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and fast decision-making;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles;
• Advise on market trends and closing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering roles.

• 5+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, including Software Engineering, DevOps or Platform, and Product;
• Experience recruiting within a high-growth tech startup;
• Understanding of containers, clusters, Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform;
• Proven success hiring hard-to-find engineering talent and building pipelines through non-obvious channels;
• Based in Germany and able to work across European and US time zones as needed;
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and refining processes to improve efficiency;
• Uses data and analytics to track pipeline health and inform decision-making;
• Strong communication and active listening skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with Ashby, recruiting for open-source technology, developer tools, or Kubernetes-focused companies, hiring for distributed remote-first engineering teams, HR operations, employee relations, or onboarding.
