Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea’s 10 engineering teams;
Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London’s competitive market;
Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates;
Shape and champion the engineering EVP;
Partner with engineering leadership to define and uphold a high hiring standard as the company grows;
Design and refine the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without compromising quality;
Improve Omnea’s presence among candidates through brand, content, community, and events;
Own pipeline metrics and track hiring numbers.
требования
3+ Years in an engineering-focused agency;
2+ Years in-house at a respected, fast-paced London tech startup, dedicated to engineering hiring;
Experience scaling an engineering team from around 20 to over 100 engineers;
At least 5 years of engineering hiring experience in total;
Deep knowledge of London’s competitive engineering market;
Active contributions to an engineering EVP;
Ability to have informed, credible conversations with Senior and Staff-level product engineers about why Omnea is worth their time.
