задачи
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles;
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate profiles, and make data-informed hiring decisions;
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping;
- Provide guidance on interview design, assessment, compensation benchmarking, and talent market dynamics;
- Refine hiring processes, interview frameworks, recruiting metrics, and employer branding initiatives;
- Represent the company in the talent market and build relationships with candidates.
требования
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition within a technology or scale-up environment;
- Proven experience hiring for technical and business-critical roles across multiple functions;
- Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders;
- Excellent sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including engaging passive candidates;
- Strong understanding of technology hiring markets and recruitment best practices;
- Experience managing complex recruitment processes from strategy through offer;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously;
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
- Nice to have: Experience hiring internationally across multiple markets, experience recruiting for AI, cloud infrastructure, engineering, or product organizations, experience working with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows, experience contributing to employer branding initiatives.
