• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to onboarding;
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities;
• Source and engage active and passive candidates;
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and present hiring recommendations;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
• Manage offer negotiations and oversee the hiring process through completion;
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment analytics;
• Track key recruitment metrics and identify process improvements;
• Strengthen the employer brand through positive candidate experience and diverse sourcing channels;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• 4+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience;
• 2+ Years of recruitment experience in the iGaming industry with a strong professional network;
• Proven experience hiring for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles;
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including engaging passive candidates;
• Fluent in English (B2) and Russian, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Teamtailor experience.
