задачи
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to onboarding;
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities;
- Source and engage active and passive candidates;
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and present hiring recommendations;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
- Manage offer negotiations and oversee the hiring process through completion;
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment analytics;
- Track key recruitment metrics and identify process improvements;
- Strengthen the employer brand through positive candidate experience and diverse sourcing channels;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
требования
- 4+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience;
- 2+ Years of recruitment experience in the iGaming industry with a strong professional network;
- Proven experience hiring for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles;
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including engaging passive candidates;
- Fluent in English (B2) and Russian, both written and spoken;
- Nice to have: Teamtailor experience.
