• Own end-to-end recruitment for hardware, software, and technical pipelines;
• Define and embed scalable hiring processes;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics;
• Execute searches across hardware, software, and adjacent technical disciplines;
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines through sourcing, referrals, events, and community engagement;
• Conduct structured market mapping for senior roles;
• Deliver competitive intelligence and candidate landscape reports to senior stakeholders;
• Build long-term relationships with passive leadership-level talent;
• Maintain sourcing trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics;
• Collaborate with Talent Ops on offer workflows, onboarding, background checks, and new hire readiness;
• Integrate AI tools into daily recruitment workflows and process improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter hiring across hardware, software, and engineering disciplines;
• Expertise in sourcing passive and hard-to-find talent;
• Experience managing multi-site hiring across geographically dispersed teams;
• Track record of building teams and optimizing hiring processes;
• Meticulous attention to data integrity, ATS management, and reporting;
• Strong collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with executive search methodology or retained search positions, deep expertise hiring in electronics, opto-electronics, FPGA / ASIC engineering, and other deeply technical hardware domains.
