• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across Tech & Data, Product, Growth, Finance and Quality, translating business needs into effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, role requirements, compensation expectations and recruitment best practices, while managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process.
• Use recruitment data and talent market insights to guide day-to-day decisions, build reports on key hiring metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
• Optimise recruitment processes, workflows and tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and collaboration through new approaches and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a consistent approach and a high bar for quality.
• Strengthen Qualifyze’s employer brand and position the company as an attractive place to work through targeted talent attraction initiatives.

• +5 years experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a scale-up or international company. Comfortable juggling several roles at once, prioritising effectively and adapting when business needs change.
• Hands-on experience hiring across technical teams, including Frontend and Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and BI profiles. No need to be an engineer, but confidence discussing technical requirements with Hiring Managers and understanding what makes a good fit is key.
• Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and building hiring reports, spotting bottlenecks and turning insights into better hiring decisions and outcomes.
• Able to build trust with Hiring Managers, ask the right questions and challenge assumptions when needed, keeping hiring strategies grounded in business priorities and what the talent market can realistically offer.
• With a continuous improvement mindset, you’re always looking for ways to make recruitment more effective, whether it’s refining a sourcing strategy, simplifying a workflow or exploring new tools and technologies, while improving the experience we offer candidates.

• the expected salary range is around 45,000€ - 50,000 €.
• Final compensation will depend on experience and performance during the process, with some flexibility within the range.
