• Define and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy across departments and brands in collaboration with the Group function;
• Optimize and standardize recruitment processes;
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of eight Talent Acquisition Partners;
• Build capability across the Talent Acquisition function and wider organization;
• Advise senior stakeholders and HRBPs on high-quality hiring decisions aligned with current and future business needs;
• Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring;
• Establish data-driven recruitment practices;
• Create dashboards and generate insights into talent pipelines;
• Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience;
• Manage and report on recruitment targets and KPIs;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date management information to drive continuous improvement.

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree;
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate recruitment;
• Managerial experience in a corporate work environment;
• Strong vision on talent acquisition;
• Great planning and project management skills;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Positive and growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for talent acquisition.
