Participate in end-to-end selection processes for different profiles
Publish job openings and actively source candidates across different platforms
Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process
Collaborate on Employer Branding projects to strengthen the employer brand
Update and maintain candidate information in recruitment tools
Participate in job fairs, talent events, and educational center events
Support the creation of social media content and talent attraction campaigns
Collaborate on initiatives related to internship and scholarship programs
