Talent acquisition specialist for tech roles

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV screening, phone screenings and recruitment interviews in Portuguese and English to presenting an offer;
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified talent, especially in technology fields;
• Work closely with Business Managers and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs;
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for different opportunities and business areas;
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Support employer branding initiatives and the promotion of NoeXa’s employer brand;

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology or a similar field;
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection;
• Experience recruiting for technology roles and/or in consulting environments;
• Experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
• Results-oriented and focused on candidate experience;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
