talent acquisition specialist for healthcare hiring

Abbott is a global healthcare leader that creates breakthrough science to improve people’s health. Its Talent Acquisition team supports global hiring, executive recruitment, Early Careers, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies.

• Develop a complete understanding of each client’s business objectives and strategy;
• Consult with hiring managers and Business HR to understand the skills, background, and experience required for each requisition;
• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies with hiring managers and set and manage expectations;
• Identify and execute appropriate sourcing practices and fully utilize internal Abbott resources;
• Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the process, providing feedback at all stages;
• Ensure that structured, competency-based interviews are followed for each hiring requirement and run assessment centers when required;
• Negotiate salaries and manage the offer extension process in close collaboration with BHR;
• Build relationships with new and existing recruitment agencies and maintain the PSL to control recruitment costs and ensure fixed terms and conditions;
• Maintain the ATS systems, Workday and Phenom, and provide reporting as required;
• Provide strategic market data and market research;
• Prepare recruitment budgets when necessary, covering media strategy, referrals, recruitment agencies, recruitment fairs, websites, recruitment merchandising, social media, and direct sourcing.

• University degree or equivalent;
• Fluent Polish and English language skills;
• Strong track record of sourcing through tools and networks;
• Strong assessment skills for evaluating candidates’ business capabilities, technical background, and key behaviors;
• Strong skills in driving and owning the Talent Acquisition process and ensuring candidate and client satisfaction;
• Professional, accountable, high-energy, and collaborative team player;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and changing environment;
• Competitive drive and strong work ethic;
