• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for project-based and corporate roles;
• Collaborate with business units and project leads to forecast hiring needs and define job specifications;
• Lead candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes;
• Implement and maintain recruitment best practices, tools, and systems;
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline;
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in compliance with internal HR policies and local labor laws;
• Support employer branding efforts;
• Review and screen potential candidates using job boards;
• Conduct HR screening interviews;
• Schedule and coordinate business interviews;
• Perform background and reference checks;
• Prepare offer letters;
• Maintain and update personnel records;
• Attend career fairs;
• Prepare recruitment logs and reports;
• Coordinate and create job descriptions.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software;
• Knowledge of local labor laws;
• Strong communication and administrative skills;
• Nice to have: Experience in renewable energy, construction, or oil and gas sectors.
