• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for managerial roles;
• Coach managers on talent acquisition best practices;
• Develop talent attraction strategies and manage the employer brand;
• Define and implement the employee value proposition;
• Build talent pipelines;
• Lead hiring processes for new restaurant openings, including headcount planning and assessment days;
• Shape recruitment strategy and report on key metrics;
• Manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and UK employment legislation.

• Passion for the hospitality industry and restaurant talent market;
• Experience in recruiting across diverse dining segments, from casual to fine dining and support office roles;
• Proficiency in managing an ATS;
• Experience in headhunting candidates using professional platforms;
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage workflows and maintain consistent follow-through;
• Capability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
