- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for managerial roles;
- Coach managers on talent acquisition best practices;
- Develop talent attraction strategies and manage the employer brand;
- Define and implement the employee value proposition;
- Build talent pipelines;
- Lead hiring processes for new restaurant openings, including headcount planning and assessment days;
- Shape recruitment strategy and report on key metrics;
- Manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and UK employment legislation.
требования
- Passion for the hospitality industry and restaurant talent market;
- Experience in recruiting across diverse dining segments, from casual to fine dining and support office roles;
- Proficiency in managing an ATS;
- Experience in headhunting candidates using professional platforms;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage workflows and maintain consistent follow-through;
- Capability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
