Talent Acquisition Specialist

Minth Group is a global manufacturer of exterior and structural automotive parts, operating across four continents and serving more than 80 automobile brands.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned blue-collar and white-collar positions;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies;
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels;
• Consolidate hiring reports and analyze recruiting data;
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers;
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process;
• Prepare and extend employment offers, assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance;
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements;
• Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status;
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

• 2+ Years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience;
• Experience filling hard-to-fill roles;
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms;
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously;
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills;
• Nice to have: experience recruiting in manufacturing plants, experience handling mass recruiting.
