Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks;
• Ensure data accuracy and keep the ATS up to date;
• Schedule interviews and phone calls and coordinate calendars;
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across various platforms;
• Provide candidates with feedback based on received guidance and act as their first point of contact;
• Support Employer Branding initiatives and other HR projects;
• Gradually expand responsibilities to include initial applicant screening and phone screens, depending on business needs, learning progress, and performance.

• Knowledge of, or interest in and willingness to develop in, recruitment;
• Very good command of English and Polish;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Very good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word, or strong willingness to learn and confidence using technology;
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills;

• Civil-law contract until the end of August 2027;
• Availability of 25–40 hours per week during the company’s regular working hours;
