Talent Acquisition Specialist

Resultance is an established consulting company that delivers impactful consulting projects and supports business transformation initiatives.

• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, and other sourcing channels;
• Screen applications and assess candidates against role requirements;
• Conduct initial qualification interviews to evaluate experience, motivation, and overall fit;
• Present shortlisted candidates with interview feedback and recommendations to the Talent Manager;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments while meeting tight deadlines;
• Provide additional support during peak hiring periods.

• 3–5 Years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across in-house, agency, or freelance settings;
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments;
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results;
• Professional fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Working knowledge of French, recruitment experience in consulting, professional services, or digital transformation, experience recruiting for consulting, technology, ERP, or business transformation roles, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
