задачи
- Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication;
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Maintain HR records and documentation;
- Organize internal events and employee engagement activities;
- Assist with HR reports and data entry;
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
требования
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks;
- Good command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Intermediate or higher English.
