Talent Acquisition Specialist

Product Pulse is a leading and innovative talent acquisition agency specializing in talent attraction within the gambling, technology, and digital sectors, focusing on targeted manual headhunting and a relationship-driven approach.

• Execute manual, proactive headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques;
• Identify, approach, and activate passive candidates through direct messaging and relationship-based outreach;
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit;
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to the offer stage without relying on inbound applications;
• Build and continuously develop long-term talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles;
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring insights to clients;
• Represent the agency in industry events, conferences, and professional meetups to strengthen sourcing networks.

• 5+ Years of experience in 360° recruitment with a strong orientation toward headhunting, ideally in the gambling, tech, or digital industries;
• Proven experience in manual sourcing and direct candidate outreach with limited reliance on job ads;
• Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist;
• Very good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, and ATS workflows;
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of performance;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Nice to have: Experience in agency environments with performance-driven delivery models, good understanding of the iGaming ecosystem including role specializations and organizational structures, experience in sales or business development within the recruitment space.
