задачи
- Advise hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment processes, including best practices, internal policies, and selection criteria;
- Identify advertising channels to attract diverse internal and external talent;
- Review and screen candidates to provide relevant shortlists;
- Design tailored assessment approaches based on the competency framework and technical needs;
- Support hiring managers in conducting interviews;
- Communicate employment packages to candidates and hiring managers;
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience;
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and professional networks;
- Manage recruitment data and documentation in the ATS.
требования
- Solid experience in the full lifecycle of recruitment and knowledge of best practice;
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing channels and assessment tools;
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and social recruiting tools;
- Proven ability to source passive candidates in competitive markets;
- Strong consulting, advisory, and relationship management skills;
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Fluency in English (written and oral);
- Nice to have: Experience in an international financial institution or multilateral agency, proficiency in a second language.
