- Lead sourcing and closing strategies for complex and ambiguous roles;
- Own recruiting projects and programs while influencing organizational hiring goals;
- Deliver results independently with limited guidance;
- Solve ambiguous problems and remove roadblocks to expedite hiring;
- Make trade-offs between short-term and long-term hiring needs;
- Foster an environment prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and empathy;
- Drive collaboration across diverse groups to implement recruiting methodologies;
- Mentor and develop others by creating and implementing best practices;
- Present decisions and maintain alignment with leadership up to three tiers above;
- Streamline organizational procedures and drive the adoption of new channels and tools.
требования
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment;
- Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations;
- Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills;
- Excellent communication skills across diverse areas and audiences;
- Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects effectively;
- Experience in driving process improvements and adoption of new tools and methodologies;
- Nice to have: experience supporting university partnership and early career programs.
