• Lead sourcing and closing strategies for complex and ambiguous roles;
• Own recruiting projects and programs while influencing organizational hiring goals;
• Deliver results independently with limited guidance;
• Solve ambiguous problems and remove roadblocks to expedite hiring;
• Make trade-offs between short-term and long-term hiring needs;
• Foster an environment prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and empathy;
• Drive collaboration across diverse groups to implement recruiting methodologies;
• Mentor and develop others by creating and implementing best practices;
• Present decisions and maintain alignment with leadership up to three tiers above;
• Streamline organizational procedures and drive the adoption of new channels and tools.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment;
• Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations;
• Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills;
• Excellent communication skills across diverse areas and audiences;
• Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects effectively;
• Experience in driving process improvements and adoption of new tools and methodologies;
• Nice to have: experience supporting university partnership and early career programs.
