Talent Acquisition, Retail

The organization is an international fashion company with a strong presence in retail.

• Manage Talent Acquisition for the retail business in Spain and Portugal, working with Store Managers, Area Managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Iberian store network, from defining needs and publishing roles to sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and following up through onboarding
• Recruit Sales Assistants, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other retail-related roles
• Work closely with business managers to understand store needs and anticipate future hiring
• Coordinate external recruitment partners when needed
• Participate in regular business and HR meetings to review recruitment processes, priorities, and needs
• Prepare and analyze recruitment KPIs, track vacancies, and report on activity
• Contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Create and improve Talent Acquisition procedures, tools, and processes
• Collaborate on international projects and liaise regularly with corporate teams
• Gradually support other People projects related to the retail business

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Experience recruiting store-based roles and understanding retail sector dynamics
• Ability to manage processes autonomously and take responsibility
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with managers, HRBPs, and business stakeholders
• Organized, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with KPIs and track recruitment activity
• High level of English is essential for frequent contact with international teams
