At Parallel, we build AI agents that help healthcare organizations automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.

Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost to manual, repetitive administrative tasks. Legacy software hasn't helped: it has made work slower, more complex and more frustrating for care teams.

We believe AI agents can change this. Our technology combines large language models with system-level automation to do real work inside existing hospital tools. No integration, no disruption.

Our first agent automates coding and frees up time for medical teams to focus on patients.

Context

This role is open to support an ambitious hiring goal: growing the team by 50%.

You will join a team of three recruiters, alongside Léa, our Talent Lead, with whom you will work hand in hand. The priority of the role is hiring tech profiles: Senior Fullstack Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Engineers.

Missions

Hire the best tech talent

- Gather hiring needs with Hiring Managers, co-build scorecards, then write and publish job offers.

- Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels, with a strong focus on headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events).

- Assess candidates and run hiring processes end to end in Ashby, through to the offer.

- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every step.

Support Hiring Managers

- Be their point of contact and help them define their team strategy through hiring.

Contribute to the recruiting team

- Contribute, alongside Léa, to improving our hiring processes and our employer brand.

In your first months, you will have made your first hires and improved time to offer through your continuous improvement proposals.

• You have 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience.
• You have solid sourcing experience, especially for tech profiles, ideally gained at a SaaS company with a strong technical component.
• In-house recruiting experience is a plus.
• You have a sales mindset and the drive to win.
• You are very rigorous, including in writing.
• Ideally, you have a good level of English.
