We are looking to bring an IT TA into our recruitment team, to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting technology talent for our IT consulting projects.

• Actively participate in search and selection processes for IT professionals.
• Post job openings and actively search for technology talent.
• Contact candidates and conduct selection interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the entire process.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand the needs of each project.
• Support the management and updating of our internal database.

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment in consulting.
• An interest in the technology sector and IT consulting.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to organize and follow up on several recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and continue developing within the Recruitment area.
• A degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
