Talent acquisition partner for support functions

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will actively participate in recruiting for our support functions (Business, HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.) across several countries in our international region: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, and many others.
• Reporting to Juliane, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a true partner to the Managing Directors and will be involved in the entire recruitment process.
• Identify and attract the best talent through sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct screening and recruitment interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, motivations, and career plans.
• Present candidates to managers and advise them in their decision-making.
• Manage the recruitment process through to closing.
• Support the integration and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage and enrich the candidate database (tracking, follow-ups, reporting).
• Participate in employee HR follow-up (integration, probation periods, administrative matters).
• Contribute to various Talent Acquisition and People projects as needed by the group.

• You have a Master's degree (business school, university, or equivalent).
• You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or in an environment focused on talent sourcing.
• You enjoy taking on challenges and finding the most relevant profiles.
• Curious, dynamic, and proactive, you have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You can work independently while also enjoying teamwork.
• Organized, thorough, and results-oriented.
• You have professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
