Talent acquisition in property management

Buena (funded by Google Ventures) makes everything related to real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF, whether searching for, buying, or financing an apartment. We take over property management companies across Germany and turn them into technology companies. In the past three years, we have grown from fewer than 25 full-time employees in Berlin to Germany's third-largest property management company, with more than 400 employees. We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and further expand our competitive advantage in M&A.

• Recruiting is a central part of our company strategy, so we expect a strongly technology-supported approach, an output-oriented mindset, and professionalism in dealing with talent.
• You will spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening conversations.
• You systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
• You actively contribute ideas for shaping our channel mix to attract talent as part of our TA strategy.

• You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
• You can commit to an internship period of at least 6 months.
• You have a demonstrably strong interest in people, recruiting/sales; for example, you have an active TikTok/IG account, organize events, or have been a professional athlete.
• You have high resilience in direct outreach, act confidently, and work in an results-oriented way.
• You want a very steep learning curve in methodology and technology-supported work.
