Netlight is an international digital consulting firm, helping leading companies to succeed in the digital landscape, from advice to implementation. Our service contains the collective intelligence of 2000 consultants offering a comprehensive range of digital services, from strategy to technology. As a working student, you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight.

• Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing, application management, recruitment, and other processes related to the growth of Netlight.
• You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleagues into Netlight.

• Based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich
• Currently enrolled in a program at an accredited university
• Ability to work 16-20 hours per week
• Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
• Strong communication & organization skills
