• As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are responsible for attracting the best talent to Tenth Revolution Group.
• Manage the entire recruiting process for internal positions.
• Actively source and approach talent through various recruiting channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire application process.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, recruiting strategies, and best practices.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or another role with a strong focus on communication and relationship management.
• Enjoy building relationships and working with different people.
• An independent, organized, and proactive approach to work.
• Interest in talent acquisition, HR topics, and career development.
• Motivation to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
• Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills.

• A fixed salary between €25,000 and €30,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
