Talent acquisition & development specialist

At Monday, we create spaces designed to help people and companies work better and go further. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You will be part of a growing company with a team of 70 people and a network of 14 centers across Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Andorra, and Lisbon.

• Manage the entire recruitment process: post job openings, actively source talent, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and follow up on applications.
• Work with managers across different departments to identify hiring needs and define the required profiles.
• Coordinate the different stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an organized welcome experience aligned with Monday's culture.
• Follow up with new hires during their first few weeks to help them adapt to their role and integrate into the team and company.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes.
• Identify teams' training needs in collaboration with managers in each department.
• Develop and implement the annual training plan, aligned with the team's needs and the company's priorities.
• Find, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers.
• Organize and track training activities; manage schedules, invitations, registrations, and participation.
• Manage subsidized training through FUNDAE and coordinate the necessary administrative procedures with external providers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to initiatives that foster the team's professional development.
• Support the department's corporate culture and engagement initiatives that help improve the experience of people at Monday.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the People department.
• Identify and propose improvements to the area's processes and tools.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and training, preferably in People departments at large companies.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience designing, planning, and coordinating training activities.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and FUNDAE administration.
• Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously within the department.
• Strong communication skills, with a people-oriented and business-focused approach.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.
• Full proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• We offer a permanent contract.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours (Time Flex): start between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. and finish between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m., plus intensive Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Short Friday).
