Enginy is a Barcelona-based startup that develops AI-driven lead generation technology to help B2B sales and prospecting teams automate manual prospecting and build predictable, scalable sales pipelines.

• Own people operations across onboarding, contract changes, leaves, and offboarding, ensuring accurate, timely execution and documentation
• Manage monthly payroll inputs and checks with the Gestoria and Finance team, maintaining compliance with Spanish labor law
• Develop, update, and communicate People policies, and continuously improve processes
• Manage the benefits offering and monitor opportunities aligned with the company’s culture
• Own and improve People systems and the knowledge base, ensuring clean data, clear documentation, and scalable processes
• Support the coordination of training initiatives focused on onboarding effectiveness and strengthening manager capabilities
• Support People budget planning and monitoring, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with company priorities

• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, leaves, and offboarding in a scaling company
• Solid understanding of Spanish labor regulations and experience working with a Gestoria on payroll and compliance
• Experience owning an HRIS and maintaining documentation in tools like Notion
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle sensitive operational work
• Ability to work independently, make judgment calls, and proactively address gaps
• Approachable and helpful with employees while maintaining confidentiality, consistency, and clear boundaries
