Talent acquisition consultant

Would you like to work in recruitment, with a particular interest in finding, attracting and connecting talent with the right organisations? Russell Tobin is actively expanding its business in the Netherlands. That is why we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant for our offices in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage, but not a must. We are also open to starters or people with a commercial background who are eager to learn, take responsibility and help build our growth from the start.

• Find, approach and enthuse candidates about suitable roles
• Conduct intake interviews and screen candidates for experience, motivation and ambitions
• Discuss vacancies with clients and hiring managers to identify the right candidate profiles
• Guide candidates through the application process, from first contact to placement
• Build talent pools and your own network across different specialisms
• Monitor the progress of vacancies and ensure a good candidate experience
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands and internationally
• Help build Russell Tobin’s continued growth in the Netherlands

• Have an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and the labour market
• Have strong communication skills and easily make contact
• Be proactive and able to find candidates independently
• Be a good listener and ask follow-up questions to make the right match
• Be results-oriented and take responsibility for your work
• Enjoy collaborating and building long-term relationships
• Be curious and keen to develop further
• Speak Dutch and English well
