Talent acquisition consultant

NCR Voyix is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates to join our teams in the EMEA & NAMER regions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the specific technical requirements and skills needed for roles you're hiring for.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of NCR Voyix.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the company's values.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates for future opportunities.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering clear communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in fast pace international recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for Help Desk, Sales and Corporate positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and strategies.
• Fluency in English.
