• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to automate deployment processes and deliver software releases according to established schedules;
• Document, review, and improve operational processes across the DevOps environment;
• Analyze system logs and operational data to identify issues and support integration across products and components;
• Monitor and troubleshoot software deployments, providing detailed analysis throughout issue resolution;
• Adapt to customer-specific operational requirements by following best practices and evolving procedures;
• Generate operational and analytical reports;
• Develop automation solutions to streamline reporting and data collection;
• Act as a central point of contact for incident triage, coordination, and escalation;
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and projects improving processes, tooling, and operational effectiveness;
• Provide out-of-hours deployment and operational support as part of the night-shift DevOps rotation;
• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and scripts;
• Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments;
• Support large-scale deployment environments and mission-critical systems;
• Contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices and operational excellence.

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools;
• Strong understanding of software systems, infrastructure, and networking concepts;
• Experience working with YAML configuration files;
• Background in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, or a related technical field;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent troubleshooting, investigation, and documentation abilities;
• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
• Nice to have: Python scripting and automation, Kubernetes and APIs, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Git and GitHub, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, 3+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Shift-based schedule with rotating shifts, including night shifts;
