• Oversee and implement advanced patch management strategies to keep systems up to date and resilient against vulnerabilities;
• Lead vulnerability assessments and mitigate identified security risks according to industry standards, best practices, and customer policies;
• Set security baselines and hardening standards for Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, network devices, and other environments;
• Guide the team in following security baseline and hardening standards;
• Manage antivirus solutions and drive continuous improvement in malware detection and elimination;
• Provide cybersecurity best-practice training to internal teams;
• Develop and implement security solutions for new and existing systems and applications;
• Create and review internal processes to ensure alignment with customer policies;
• Work with other IT teams to resolve information security system problems and issues;
• Follow NCRV and team internal procedures;
• Perform other duties and tasks corresponding to qualifications;
• Support daily and/or OOH activities on request according to predefined plans;
• Maintain the deployment web platform using Python scripting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Extensive cybersecurity experience with advanced patch management, vulnerability management, baseline and hardening, and antivirus management;
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices;
• In-depth knowledge of threat analysis, vulnerability management and assessment, and incident response;
• Relevant certification such as CISA, CISSP, or similar;
• Expert-level proficiency in scripting languages and Linux systems administration;
• Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and across a team;
