• Talent Attraction: Learn to create appealing job ads and publish them on the right channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media);
• Sourcing and Headhunting: Develop skills to find complex profiles and contact potential candidates creatively;
• Screening and Interviews: Screen resumes and actively participate in selection interviews (by phone and video call);
• Process Management: Support relationships with candidates, ensuring they have an excellent experience and receive feedback at every stage;
• Market Mapping: Understand labor market trends and identify new opportunities.

• Students of Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Management or similar fields;
• Enjoy interacting with people and have good communication skills;
• Accuracy and organization (essential for managing our database!);
• A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

• Ongoing training with experienced consultants in a Shared Services environment;
• Paid internship with a meal allowance worth €8.32 per day on a card;
