• Contribute to young-talent programmes and partnerships that strengthen our future talent pipeline.
• Support employer-branding content and campaigns that bring the Cellnex employee experience to life for different audiences and markets.
• Explore talent-market insights and turn information into clear, useful recommendations for the team.
• Contribute ideas to improve the candidate journey, ways of working and the tools used by our Talent community.

• to apply, you must be able to sign an educational cooperation agreement with your university for the full duration of the internship.
• You are currently completing studies related to Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications or a similar field.
• You are curious about people, business and how international organisations work.
• You communicate clearly in English and feel comfortable collaborating in a multicultural environment; Spanish is also valued.
• You enjoy turning ideas and information into high-quality, well-structured outputs.
• You are proactive, dependable and willing to challenge the status quo with a constructive approach.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and keen to explore how data and AI can improve the talent experience.
