Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is a global beauty company founded by British makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE. It offers makeup products across 50 markets and continues to grow through innovative retail, product launches, and technology.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate roles across multiple levels of seniority;
• Build relationships with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on market trends;
• Operate as a strategic partner to the global business;
• Own, drive, and deliver key global Talent Acquisition projects;
• Partner with executive leadership to enhance recruitment strategies and operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to drive alignment and shared success;
• Deliver Hiring Manager capabilities across the business;
• Own regular reporting efforts to Senior Leadership;
• Develop proactive talent pipelines to support future growth;
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience;
• Partner with the wider People Team, including Reward, People Partnering, and People Services;
• Use creative and commercial sourcing methods, including internal referrals, social media, online CV searches, and direct headhunting.

• Proven experience recruiting across corporate or creative functions in a fast-paced, scaling business;
• Experience working with Senior Stakeholders;
• Proven impact and influence skills with a track record of engaging hiring managers to deliver recruitment priorities;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Flexible and adaptable approach to recruiting across different functions and seniority levels;
• Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
• Solution-focused approach to improving ways of working;
