• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to the offer stage;
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels;
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit;
• Present opportunities professionally and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process;
• Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal team members;
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines;
• Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS;
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards;
• Continuously improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

• 1–3 Years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency;
• Experience managing several vacancies simultaneously;
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn;
• Fluent Russian and confident English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment;
• Genuine motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve;
• High energy and strong work ethic;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
