Recruiter

Ruby Labs is a technology company that creates and operates consumer products across the health, education, and entertainment industries.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate pipeline management across various departments;
• Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach;
• Manage and optimize the ATS to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process;
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process;
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures by sharing insights and best practices;
• Monitor industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive insights to adapt recruitment strategies.

• 2–3 Years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven company;
• Experience with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby;
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders;
• Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, including experience building talent pipelines;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Passion for talent acquisition, attention to detail, and commitment to an exceptional candidate experience;
• Fluent written and verbal English;
• Nice to have: International recruiting experience.
