• Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent across experienced hiring pipelines using a consultative and creative sourcing approach;
• Own and manage end-to-end requisitions within the ATS to ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring experience;
• Partner with hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, design interview processes, and deliver hiring outcomes;
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by providing insight-led talent acquisition guidance;
• Build and nurture a future-ready talent pipeline through market mapping and candidate relationship management;
• Leverage data and insights to track performance, report progress, and influence hiring decisions;
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and new hires to drive process improvements;
• Lead and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill recruiting capabilities;
• Drive innovation in talent acquisition by testing new ideas in sourcing, candidate experience, and automation;
• Contribute to broader recruiting projects and strategic initiatives.

• 4+ Years of relevant recruiting experience;
• Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees;
• Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative approach;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment with a problem-solving mindset;
• Proven skill in providing a value-added consultative service as a talent advisor;
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience;
• Passion for and experience in hiring technology talent;
• Nice to have: Experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
