IT talent acquisition specialist

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Talent team and help us continue to grow!

• End-to-end recruitment process, participating in the design of the best talent acquisition strategy.
• Onboarding of newly hired candidates.
• Participate in fairs and events to attract future talent.
• Support for P&T.

• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the ICT sector.
• Candidates with experience searching for talent through social media and job portals.
• Candidates who are resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Proactivity, dynamism, and the ability to work in multitasking environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Systems, Fullstack Developer, Business Intelligence, Cloud, BPA, ERP/CRM, Cybersecurity...).
• Follow-up interviews and onboarding.
• Availability to work in Barcelona city two days a week (near Sants Station).
