IT talent acquisition

Do you enjoy working with people, exploring technology, and finding the right talent for every challenge? We're looking for an IT Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract and identify top talent in the technology sector.

• Manage recruitment processes for IT roles
• Work closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand and address their recruitment needs
• Identify and attract candidates through different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through close and transparent communication
• Participate in recruitment initiatives with universities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition processes and strategies

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to identify, attract, and assess talent
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and team spirit
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn and grow
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
