задачи
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT profiles, from sourcing, screening and interviews to presenting candidates to the Business Manager;
- Create and maintain an up-to-date and engaged talent pool;
- Promote a close, transparent and human candidate experience;
- Support employer branding initiatives and communication of the brand in the tech market.
требования
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) as an IT Recruiter (ideally in technology consulting or outsourcing);
- Good understanding of technical profiles;
- Communication skills and empathy — you know how to build relationships and earn trust;
- Organisation, results focus and team spirit;
- Good command of sourcing tools;
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup (Parque das Nações).
