Platform engineer

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Manage OpenShift clusters, namespaces, resources, quotas, and access policies.
• Administer RBAC, authentication, certificates, and security and compliance requirements.
• Manage alerts, metrics, logs, and dashboards to ensure environment availability.
• Configure and support networks, load balancing, DNS, ingress/egress, and cluster connectivity.
• Administer storage classes, persistent volumes, and integrations with storage solutions.
• Perform upgrades, patches, preventive maintenance, and continuous platform optimization.
• Automate operational tasks and support CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

• More than 5 years of experience administering and operating Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies (Docker/Containers).
• Experience with Linux systems (RHEL).
• Knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, Ingress/Egress).
• Experience managing security, RBAC, certificates, and access control.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Logging).
• Experience in design and architecture.
• Experience performing cluster upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Будет плюсом: Automation with Ansible; Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitOps practices (ArgoCD); Knowledge of storage and Persistent Volumes; Experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Red Hat, Kubernetes, or Cloud certifications
