задачи
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements;
- Model processes and systems using BPMN and UML;
- Analyze and optimize business processes using BPM and Lean methodologies;
- Support the integration of systems and REST/SOAP APIs;
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
- Monitor testing, system validation, and documentation supporting decision-making.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in functional and systems analysis;
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, BPM, and Lean;
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP, namely Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform;
- Knowledge of systems integration and REST/SOAP APIs;
- Knowledge of GDPR and Open Data, preferably in a public service context;
- Ability to analyze, communicate, and coordinate between technical and business teams;
- ITIL Foundation and/or CBAP certification or equivalent certification.
