• Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in their culture;
• Partner with senior stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices;
• Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects;
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including making and closing offers;
• Partner with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top-tier technical talent.

• 4+ Years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders;
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
