• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data;
• Act as a trusted partner to Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders by shaping hiring strategies, defining sourcing and assessment approaches, and challenging decisions where needed;
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks across the hiring funnel;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis, with a focus on passive candidates;
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and support data-informed hiring decisions;
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey;
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, scalability, and ways of working.

• 5+ Years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing, product-focused international companies or scale-ups in a competitive market;
• Understanding of the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially scale-ups disrupting an industry;
• Exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions confidently;
• Experience with data-driven recruitment, including generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and using data to influence stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals and a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools;
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech talent market;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German market experience.
