• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions, including ML/AI, Platform, and Data;
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and define sourcing and assessment approaches;
• Identify process bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and drive end-to-end fixes across the hiring funnel;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis, with a focus on passive candidates;
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and support data-informed hiring decisions;
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey;
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, scalability, and ways of working.

• 5+ Years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing product companies or scale-ups in a competitive market;
• Understand the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially scale-ups disrupting an industry;
• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills;
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence;
• Have experience in data-driven recruitment, including generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and using data to convince stakeholders;
• Understand talent acquisition fundamentals and apply a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools;
• Experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market is required;
• Fluent English;
