HR generalist in pharmaceuticals

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an HR Generalist to join its team in Bishkek. The HR Generalist will be the only HR person in the local office and will be responsible for the main HR processes in Kyrgyzstan.

• Manage HR administration and personnel records, including work in 1C ZUP;
• Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, interviews, selection, and coordination with hiring managers;
• Support employee onboarding and adaptation;
• Organize and coordinate training and employee development;
• Support local HR projects and initiatives;
• Conduct labor market analysis, including salary and HR market trends;
• Organize corporate events and internal HR activities;
• Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data and metrics;
• Work with local authorities and external HR providers when needed;
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company HR policies;
• Work closely with the regional and international HR teams and participate in global HR projects.

• University degree in HR, Business, Economics, Psychology or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Specialist roles;
• Practical experience in HR administration and 1C ZUP;
• Experience in recruitment and working with hiring managers;
• Good understanding of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations and HR administration;
• Good working level of English — required for communication with the international HR team;
• Good knowledge of Kyrgyz labor legislation;
• Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of HR tasks;
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
